Stutalk is a social network service and website with its mission as follows,

To help students get to know fellow students in their school or anywhere in the world.
To provide safe and secure collaboration groups that can be used for learning, mentoring, sharing, and networking.
To provide students with resources which will help them get through school both socially and financially.
To give students a voice to express themselves to other students, their schools, their country, or the world.
To allow students to compete in various online and in-school skills competitions as an addendum to classroom learning.
To provide classroom learning and management tools to schools and instructors so that they can offer online eLearning, eLectures, and a virtual classroom environment.
To provide students with job opportunities, internships, and mentorships.

Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Additionally, users may join common interest user groups, events, and competitions, organized by a student, a school, or outside organization. Students must be 13 years or older to become a registered user.
