Please free free to send your questions to skills@studica.com Question One: What version of the software can I use to enter? Response: You can use any version of the software to enter as long as it is legally owned by either the student or the school. Question Two: Can I use a Trial Version of the software to enter? Response: Yes, as long as it will save to the file types that we are requesting. Question Three: Can I work with a partner(s) on this competition? Response: Yes, you can work with a maximum of 5 students in a group, however the individual prize must be shared. Question Four: Hey Guys, Please help me out before I get my classes involved. How detailed must the working drawings be? Must it get down to things such as steering linkage system, sizes and specs for the power supply and motor, etc? My question boils down to this: are you looking for a conceptual design or an engineering project? Response: The solution files are expected to be more in the nature of conceptual design drawings. The details expected would be related to the primary level of descriptive details. It would be positive to include some descriptive information related to the suggested major components such as power supply and motors. It is not necessary to generate an engineering project with its' related minute details of multiple components.
